SynCare, LLC Awarded HealthCare USA Health
Risk Assessments Contract

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – SynCare, LLC, today announced it was awarded a contract to conduct telephonic health risk assessments for HealthCare USA members in Missouri. HealthCare USA engaged SynCare to conduct the assessments and to assist in moving membership into appropriate case management programs.

HealthCare USA is a MO HealthNet Managed Care health plan serving over 180,000 Medicaid and SCHIP members. Their mission is to improve MO HealthNet Recipients’ access to quality health care by providing a comprehensive network of providers and community organizations. As part of their commitment to improve health outcomes, HealthCare USA has engaged SynCare, LLC to assess 100% of their membership to identify those who would benefit from additional case management. SynCare’s unique ability to engage and motivate at risk populations to improve their health outcomes makes this a win-win partnership.

This contract enables SynCare to expand operations into Missouri as well as grow corporate capacity in Indiana.
